My wife asked why she wasn't just refunded the full amount, and the associate admitted the charge but insisted it was a mistake.\n\nThis felt less like an honest error and more like a push for commission. Now we're stuck waiting days for a refund we never should've needed. If you shop here, double-check your receipt and be cautious-especially if you decline add-ons.
