Today was not that day. I came in due to an accident with my glasses they fell and broke. I was trying to get clarity on whether my insurance covers a replacement but instead of a kind no. Renee kept berating me that I said no to the protection plan Pearle Vision has. I understand that I declined the protection plan because I do pay premium for my insurance, but a little kindness and understanding to the confusion would have gone a long way. Being publicly berated and told I should've chose the protection plan was unprofessional and to do it while surrounded by multiple customers was embarrassing. I wasn't looking for a handout I was simply trying to understand why the glasses aren't covered for a fall and Renee questioned the truth in that.
